The Site is informational. Project descriptions, partnership terms, timelines, and figures are indicative and subject to confirmation in definitive written agreements.

They are subject to (i) a Scope Validation Survey, (ii) the negotiation and execution of Definitive Agreements with the relevant DRC counterparties, (iii) all applicable DRC regulatory approvals (including, for telecommunications services, licensing by ARPTC), and (iv), for any data center certification, completion of construction and a Tier III certification audit by the Uptime Institute.

The exclusive forum for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
Nothing in this clause limits any non-waivable consumer-protection right available to you under the law of your country of residence. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for a reasonable period before they take effect. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
